FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

Each banner is made to order after confirmed payment. Because these are handmade, patience is necessary. I can’t fulfill orders like Amazon but I do try to get them out as soon as possible. Contact me if you’re in a rush or purchase rush processing.

 

For the USA: Expect to receive your banner two to three weeks from confirmed payment

Outside the USA: Expect greater processing times, could take upwards of 4 weeks to receive.

I’ve seen upwards of 3-4 weeks shipping time for some countries. Please order with plenty of time to spare.

NOTE: Business days are Monday through Friday, no shipping or processing orders will be done on weekends or holidays. The first business day is the following day after purchase (Monday through Friday). If you ordered on Saturday the first business day will be Monday.

United States: All orders ship first class mail. Once order is completed and shipped, shipping can take up to 5 business days to receive. This  is separate from my processing/creating time frame

International: Shipped using first class mail, I have seen some countries take 3-4 weeks while others take 1-2 weeks. Order with plenty of time to spare.

To ensure your banner keeps its shape please store it indoors and place in a separate box, laying flat. If it starts to fray (which burlap does) just snip the frayed pieces, never pull. For that reason, follow these steps every time to ensure your banner keeps it shape and looks beautiful!

Snip any frayed areas with scissors, and never pull. Handle your banner with care.
Burlap frays, it’s just how it is. But trust me, burlap is beautiful with the character of some fray if it does happen. All my banners are created to reduce fraying though but you’ll get small frayed areas over time. By following my storage instructions every time your banner is no longer in use will limit the amount of damage or fray.

I do not remove any bark or small blemishes from the burlap. I leave burlap as natural as possible. There may be small natural blemishes on the burlap you receive. This does not have any effect on the quality of the burlap but keeps the originality of burlap.

Acrylic paints are used for all banners. Please use banners indoors. If you choose to hang them outdoors, that is at your own discretion.
